Founded in 2016 and based in Ankara, with a representation office in Washington, D.C., EWA Corporate Consultancy brings together expertise in two key areas:

Our Team
Dilek Emil
Co-FounderDilek Emil, who served in various positions, including Deputy Director General of Foreign Capital and Incentives at the Undersecretariat of the Treasury and Executive Economic Advisor at the Turkish Embassy in Washington, DC, served as Corporate Relations Coordinator and Chair of the Sustainable Development Committee at Yaşar Holding A.Ş. between 2005 and 2018. Her areas of expertise include combating climate change, sustainability, corporate relations, public policy and communications, institutionalization, corporate reputation, and investment incentives, as well as project development for all types of government assistance and access to various funding sources. In addition, she provides significant added value to EWA Corporate Consultancy’s clients through her mentorship programs for non-governmental organizations (NGOs), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and start-ups.
Anil Bayulker
Corporate Relations & Sustainability ConsultantWith over 20 years of experience, Anıl Bayülker specializes in sustainability, corporate relations, public policy and communications, as well as sales, marketing, business development, and project management. He has led projects funded by global companies and international organizations, and brings strong expertise in sustainability reporting under GRI, ESRS, CDP, and TSRS standards. Anıl has also coordinated numerous field-based sustainability initiatives, including the “Water Replenishment” projects for Diageo Turkey in Mersin-Kuskan, Manisa-Şahyar, Northern Cyprus, Tekirdağ-Şarköy, and Denizli-Acıpayam, all of which were successfully completed beyond the set targets.
Eda Sever
Monitoring, Evaluation & Research ConsultantA graduate of Bilkent University’s Economics Department, Eda Sever began her career at Ernst & Young before completing a master’s degree in Applied Economics at the University of Maryland. She continued her career in the U.S., working with Optimal Solutions, the World Bank, and Vital Voices as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research Consultant. Eda brings extensive expertise in measuring effectiveness and impact in social, environmental, and economic projects, ensuring transparent reporting, establishing continuous improvement cycles, reducing financial and operational risks, and enhancing long-term sustainability.
