Report was prepared by EWA Corporate Consultancy for Koç University - TUSIAD Economic Research Forum (EAF).

The aim of the Report is to raise the awareness among NGO's and citizens and to urge them to follow up and monitor public expenditures whose financial source is taxes paid by citizens. Following up and monitoring of public expenditures is not a duty which will be carried out by only and solely Parliament. That's why the report is consisted of three parts.
